Live Healthy!





Being healthy is the body’s best defense mechanism against stressor such as work, family, conflict, peer pressure, etc.

To live healthy means eating healthy foods such as vegetables, meats, a little of fats and sugars; having a balanced diet; and, having a healthy lifestyle - proper discipline and have a regular daily routine and time management. Doing too much of everything, is not a healthy way of living.  Thus, making us prone to diseases, mental and health conditions that sometimes we could never imagined it exists!

Everybody needs a break. A time to party, family, as well as friends. Also, above all, a time to enhance the inner most being of ourselves - to give time to the spiritual aspect of our well-being. By strengthening the spiritual aspects of life, together with a healthy mind, healthy diet and exercise can boost our body more than its natural fullest potential to go beyond!!

Never underestimate what our body is capable of. Because, our body is capable to adapt in any ways of circumstances of what life has to offer. The only master and enemy of ourselves is us.
